Into the West
This series is a visual diary of my journeys across the American West, blending traditional road trip documentation with intimate on-location portraiture. Moving away from the polished constraints of commercial studios, this ongoing project captures the vast, rugged landscapes and the unique individuals who inhabit them.
The work serves as a personal exploration of freedom, isolation, and the changing American landscape, recorded through a mix of candid snapshots, environmental portraits, and cinematic vistas that evoke a deep sense of nostalgia and wanderlust. This collection is less about a specific destination and more about the quiet, overlooked moments found in transit, mapping a deeply personal geography of a region caught between its mythic past and its contemporary reality.
