I was born in 1994 in Sarzana, Liguria (Italy). Since I was young, I’ve found a sense of freedom and observation in nature and the sea. Photography came early first with a phone, then with my first camera, a gift from my father when I was 22. Through images, I learned to overcome my shyness and to focus on people, places, and everyday stories. I aim to tell authentic, quiet, or visually striking realities.
After years of exploration, I found my path in documentary photography. I am currently working on a long-term project, ongoing for almost a year, focused on a traditional activity from my territory, telling the story of a family that has carried it on for generations. My work can be defined as anthropological, rooted in the observation of human relationships, traditions, and cultural identity.
