Sussi started photography almost 20 years ago (2007), when her daughter was born. It was an enchanting way for her to show the world what fascinated her. In 2012 she started as a Freelance Photographer in Denmark. Sussi has won many photographic awards abroad. She has distinguished herself at the Sony World Photography Awards four times so far. In 2025 she was the Category Winner in the Category: Objects. In 2022 and 2021, Sussi won the Danish National Awards from Sony and in 2017 she won 2th place in the Danish National Awards. She has participated in group exhibitions around the world. The list can be seen on her official website. Sussi is a cultural mediator and writes for the Danish magazine Kulturinformation since 2022. Her passion is to protect nature and children as well.
