Biography
Antonio Ysursa is a Basque-Uruguayan photographer. Graduated from Seattle University with a BA in English Literature and Photography, Antonio is now based in New York City where his background in fine art influences his current fashion and editorial photography.
His work primarily focused on portrait photography and storytelling. Antonio often creates images depicting intense and dramatic sens of emotions reaching onto the viewer in a delicate and yet powerful way.
The Soft and elegant light of his color photography regularly meets high-contrasted black and white images to create unique, subtle, and personal stories.
Antonio is currently working on a new photographic series set in his mother’s homeland of Uruguay.
