As a photographer I explore the fine art genre to portray fantastical scenes and ideas through portraiture and fashion photography. When approaching my work, I utilise nature and locations to support and build the imagery that drives from the sources of fairy tales and peoples dreams and imagination. Finding connection between human and nature and finding the beauty within them both assists in my shooting still and preference on location over studio due to the ability to build more fitting scenes and using colour and natural lighting to enhance the aesthetics. Photography is an artistic tool that allows me to work towards creating work that connects with people and their dreams and desires as well as allowing me to tap into my creativity as an artist.
