    Judge: Alan Schaller

Alan Schaller is a London-based photographer who specializes in black and white photography. His striking, high-contrast imagery portrays the complex realities of everyday life, though often flirts with abstraction, incorporating elements of surrealism and geometry.

He co-founded the Street Photography International Collective (SPi), with the aim of promoting the best of the genre, and giving a platform to talented yet unrepresented photographers. Today, the SPi Instagram account is the largest dedicated street photography resource in the world. Each month SPi has 14 million visits and receives over 100,000 image submissions.
