Coast A photography project by Cody Cobb

Set in the North American west, Coast is a series of photographs capturing mystical portraits of the earth’s surface along the United States Pacific coast.

Instead of just showing the beauty of a scene, Seattle based photographer Cody Cobb reveals more than what the eye beholds by allowing us to connect with more unique and mysterious atmospheres. A new light on the earth landscape with a melancholic touch.

“I usually have a vague idea of the topography and a detailed understanding of my route and orientation, but the light and landscape is always unexpected. I shoot when I feel moved by that sense of discovery” – Cody Cobb
