Color Photography Award Editors’ Picks of April 2023

Following the results of our recent Color Photography Award, judged by the renowned Canadian artist, Greg Girard, we are thrilled to present a selection of entries that didn’t quite make it to the final round of the competition but impressed us immensely with their strength, quality, and innovative approach to the theme.

The response to our call for entries was overwhelming, with talented photographers from all corners of the globe submitting a diverse range of captivating images. While we couldn’t award every entrant, we feel honored to showcase the work of a few exceptional artists whose images deserve recognition and exposure.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants for sharing their remarkable work with us.

“Introspection”
Is a self-portrait of an artist a medium of reflection? - Introspection, dealing with ourselves and our inner feelings is the path to cognition of our inner world. The way we experience ourselves is often seen in the way we present ourselves to others through various media. As a self-portrait artist, I experience introspection as a favorite discipline and a way to get to know ourselves better and resolve many mental and emotional dilemmas. © Biljana Radojicic
